My biography::
Mrs. Armstrong was born in Chicago. She attended elementary school in Chicago, Iowa, and Mississippi. She graduated from Dunbar High School and still keeps in contact with her high school classmates. She is an ordained minister and fully involved in children's and young adult ministries at the church where she serves. She is a fierce believer in radical social justice and has participated in missions in Philadelphia and Chicago. Mrs. Armstrong fully believes that teaching is a work of the heart and considers herself blessed to be able to serve the Oglesby School community.
